Responsibilities of an Elder or Co-Leader

• Accept or Reject people who want to join the clan. Inspect the person who wants to join the clan determine if their base is good enough. Do NOT accept rushed bases. If unsure, wait till a leader comes on.

 

• Elders are asked not to kick any long standing members, unless approved by a co-leader or leader. If a member has an exceptional case to be kicked immediately,  you may kick ONLY at that time. You must also put the reason inside the kick message.

 

• Elders can kick any member who is tagged NEW and less than 12 hrs old for legitimate reasons, not for personal grievances. Elders : Do not abuse your power! Co-Leaders may kick anyone in the clan for any legitimate reason, but please put the kick reason in the kick window. Elders will be demoted to Member and warned. Co leaders will be demoted to Elder and warned.

 

• Elders and co-leader should keep the clan chat clean, and age appropriate for teens and above. We are a "mature" clan, but we have members of all ages. 

 

• Co-Leaders should make sure that Elders are upholding the standards we set for members, and this donations, war performances, etc. Be kind.Eldership is hard to earn in our clan, and all Elders demand our respect.

 

• Co-Leaders should not abuse the mail function of the clan. Up to 50 members receive an instant notification when an mail is sent out, and we should not be bothering members with messages when it is not needed or with a message which is not entirely important. We should also try to space our mail out so it does not continually spam our members one after another. Plan accordingly.

 

• Co-Leaders are "co" leaders and should help the leader with tasks. You have extra responsibilities, and Elders/Members should not be burdened with Co-Leader responsibilities and the Leader should not be expected to take the entire load of some tasks. Please be active in your role.
