For out of game communication we use the Phone/Tablet App Kik.  All members are expected to have the app and be part of the clans war room chat channel.  This app allows us to organize war on a higher level than just in game.  You can find the app easily by searching for it in the app store. (When making your account please use your Clash of Clans in game name)

 (Members should always log in to see what a clan mail is about, it is usually a reminder about war).

War cc Filling Policy - We have a donation panel who are required to donate troops to war cc's. Anyone outside to this Team donating to war cc's (unless asked to do so) will receive a warning then a ban

War attacking strategy - War assignments are given on Prep day which must be followed

Using both attacks is compulsory

Stars over Loot - NO Loot Attacks. If there is nothing in your range, stretch yourself and practice on a higher base.

 Always choose highly secure 3/3 attacks. 2/3 is not good enough - it means someone has to redo your wasted attack. Cleaning up a 2/3 base and getting 3/3 with 1 new star is as important (if not more so) than getting 3 new stars. At the end of the war, all bases will be 3 starred except for a couple of the top 1-5 bases. So a 2/3 is the same as 1/3 or 0/3. You should feel good if you can 3 star a base that someone else was unable to.
